Assistant Contracts Manager

An opportunity for a self motivated career person to support the management of the grounds maintenance division with a proven track record.

Duties will include: - managing a workforce, have commercial awareness of the market, a good understanding of budgetary constraints, assist in the preparation of tenders and possess computer skills and a full driving licence

Starting salary from £24k+, dependent on experience.

Additional training and progression within the salary scale available to the successful candidate.

A good opportunity to work for a company who deals with the more prestigious end of the market.  Applicants should be self-motivated, have a good practical horticultural background with at least 3 years experience in contract management. Hold a recognised horticulture, grounds maintenance or other qualification and be used to holding budget responsibility.  The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day operations, of grounds maintenance contracts Good long term prospect.
