Supervisors need at least one year's experience in a supervisory
position.2-3 years Horticultural and Landscaping experience. This position
is site base and will be responsible for 2-5 operative. Must have relevant
horticultural qualifications at level 2 +. You must be able to work on own
initiative, self motivated and portray a professional image at all times.
Communication is paramount as you will have to deal with people of all
levels.
